Christmas Yule Log

This is a beautiful dessert to serve at your Christmas celebration!  Made with chocolate sponge cake, chocolate buttercream icing and coffee liquor in the icing, mocha cream cheese filling and cherry pie filling.  The topped with decorative mushrooms that are edible and made of meringue.
