The Famous Fresh Strawberry Cake™ is a trademarked signature dessert of The Ambrosia Bakery and has become a customer favorite for celebrations, birthdays, holidays, and special occasions. Now you can enjoy a true taste of Louisiana delivered right to your door.
Each cake is carefully prepared, frozen for shipping, securely shrink wrapped, and packed inside our custom Ambrosia shipping box with dry ice to help maintain freshness during transit.

❄️ Important Shipping & Handling Instructions
Your cake will arrive frozen.
Upon delivery:
- Carefully remove the dry ice and DO NOT touch the dry ice with bare hands.
- Remove the plastic shrink wrap from around the cake.
- Place the cake back inside The Ambrosia Bakery box provided.
- Refrigerate the cake until fully thawed and at serving temperature at least 24 hours overnight.
Please order your cake well in advance of any special event or gathering to allow proper thawing time before serving.

Because this cake is made with fresh ingredients, it must remain refrigerated.
- Keep refrigerated at all times
- Do NOT leave the cake out overnight or unrefrigerated, as it will spoil
- Cake is best enjoyed within 3–4 days of arrival

UPS Shipping Information – Fresh Strawberry Cake ✈️
🍓 Important Shipping Information Our Signature Fresh Strawberry Cake ships UPS Next Day Air only to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. ❄️ Your cake will arrive frozen.
Upon arrival:
- Carefully unpack the cake from the shipping container.
- Remove the cake from the insulated packaging and place it back into its cake box.
- Place the cake in the refrigerator overnight to thaw properly.
- Once thawed, keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
🍓 For the best flavor and texture, we recommend serving the cake chilled. Because this cake is made with fresh strawberries and a delicate whipped icing, Next Day Air shipping is required and is the only shipping option available for this item.
Storage: Keep refrigerated after thawing and enjoy within 3–4 days of arrival.
