At Ambrosia we thrive on serving the best quality products. What sets us apart from other bakeries is how we split the layers of cake and use a filling of your choice like buttercream icing or fruit fillings for example.
Some of our cakes like the Fresh Strawberry Cake and many other Specialty Cakes are split twice and has filling between all four layers.
Free fillings - Bavarian Cream, Chocolate Buttercream, Chocolate Doberge, Coconut, Cream Cheese, Lemon, Pineapple, Raspberry, Strawberry and White Buttercream.
Additional Charge fillings - Bavarian/Grand Marnier, Fresh Strawberry, Pecan Praline, Turtle, Turtle Fudge, Wedding Raspberry, Cream Cheese and Pecans, Hummingbird, Raspberry Cream Cheese and Strawberry Cream Cheese. (Filling price is based on the size of the cake.)
There are so many colors to choose from how do I choose a color and make sure that we are thinking the same color?
There are so many variations to pink, red, yellow and even black! To help assist you in this process we have created the "Ambrosia Color Chart" for you to use as a guide and reference when choosing a color. Go to the Ambrosia Color Chart page and use this as a reference when placing your cake order either with our Call Center or when placing your order online.
Here in the bakery we have many products that contain nuts. So, if someone that you will be serving any of our desserts too is allergic to nuts there is a poosibility that there may be some cross contamination. However, with that in mind we do have several items that you can use that we have no added nuts too. For example...

When sculpting or cutting out a cake it would be very difficult to keep a fruit type of filling from coming out the sides of sculpted cake. Therefore, by using only buttercream as a filling it allows us to create different types and sizes of sculpts and allow the cake to keep its shape without falling.
No we don’t however; we do accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
Depending on the type of order you are placing, we require 24-72 hour notice. It is always best to place your order at least 3 days in advance to ensure that we will be able to accommodate your needs.
We keep plenty of cakes and other merchandise available in our store daily and you are welcome to come in and pick something out, however you will not be able to call on the same day that you need an order picked up and place the order as we do not take “same day” orders.
We are open from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday and 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Sunday. Ambrosiabakery.com is open 24/7 to place your order online for in-store pickup.
We do not guarantee that any of our products are safe for anyone with a food allergy, this includes nuts. There is always the possibility of cross contamination.
Here at Ambrosia if your having a 1st Birthday for your child we offer what we call a free "Smash Cake"! A Smash Cake is a 6 inch single layer cake without a filling that is made to match the ordered cake. It is made similar to it but not identical... This is a cake that is given to the one year old to enjoy on their 1st Birthday. The image below will give an idea of what is offered. ENJOY!
Our cake range in size from a small cake with approximately 4- 6 servings up to a large cake that serves approximately 100. We also have tiered cakes that can feed well over 100 people.
The Ambrosia Cake is a Yellow Butter Cake with coconut, strawberry cream cheese, and pineapple fillings, covered with creamy coconut icing. The Fresh Strawberry Cake is a Yellow Butter Cake with our family’s secret fresh strawberry and whipped icing filling and topping.
You will need to make an appointment to consult with our Bridal Department for most highly decorated cakes.
